We recently reconnected and you shared the struggles you have been through and how far you have come battling them. I’m grateful I was able to tell you how proud I am of you and how much I wanted to see you succeed. I will miss our talks. Til we meet again. Sending big bear hugs.

We got to experience the happiest place on Earth together and now you are in the happiest place always. You were always so happy, full of energy and had the greatest smile. Always keep smiling down on us.

I’m grateful to have graced the dance floors with you battling it out at the many clubs. Dancing was our happy place. We had just talked about how those were our best days and how much we wanted to get back out there and dance our hearts out. I hope you’re dancing on the clouds.

I’m at a loss for words. From VV (Ms. Durham’s class and Ms. Moore’s
Class), to AB, and MP, you and your fam were always so fun to kick it with. I’ll never forget the house parties, pool parties, and breakdancing in your living room, bro. I may not have any photos of us together, but believe me when I say I can always remember the good times, no matter how long or short those moments were.

I didn’t know when I would ever run into you again knowing you’re still in the hood, but to know that I won’t ever get that chance now hurts even more.   Rest in paradise, my friend.

Marvin you were shopping at Walmart last time I seen you and introduced you to  my boyfriend Tom Merrill. Our conversation was pretty long and if I had known that was the last time I’d see you I would of made it much longer. You seemed so happy and it felt good to catch up to our current situations and share our adventures over the years.  From our middle school days at August Boeger, high school at Mount Pleasant and house parties! You will be in my thoughts, prayers and memories cherished always! Love Michelle Blanchard
