I miss your hugs so much mommy I could use one now!!  More than a year has passed and it seems like it was just yesterday.  Your belongings that I was honored to receive are a reminder of your LOVE  and KINDNESS that is spread thru my home and life.  My garden is where the LOVE  will always grow for all to enjoy.  We miss having you do things with our family Kyle always talks about his Grandma and how much he loves her!  We are trying to keep the tradition up with Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve  and Christmas Dinner!!  I know it will be a 98% chance it always happen here at the Higginbothams and all that will join are always welcome.  I hope I made you proud of who I am and what I stand for Mom and I know you LOVED my Family of 3 as much as they LOVED you.  I see your smile all he time in my thoughts and feel your genteelness inside me.  I know you are watching over your family and friends and helping if you can from the heavens above.  YOU WILL NEVER BE FORGOTTEN BUT ALWAYS MISSED.

My mom came to see me every day when I was in the hospital for 52 days due to my intestines bursting. I am lucky to be alive  I am told.  She would show up at 8am with a smile on her face.  How  lucky I was.

I'll never forget one weekend years ago, myself, Mary, and Nancy Kotrc took a little jaunt north to visit pier 39 in  San Francisco. We hit a little theater that let you experience an earthquake. It actually rocked when the earthquake was shown on the screen. Then we went to a little restaurant on the pier itself for lunch. I remember the meal of the day was sturgeon, which seemed weird because it is not a regular restaurant fish. I decided to have it, and I believe Mary said she never had tried it before, so we all ordered it. It was fantastic and was more like a meat steak than a fish. Mary said she loved it.
We roamed the pier and hit a few little bars, and it was time to go home.  It was a very nice time and I believe Mary enjoyed it as well as Nancy and I did.
Mary was always a pleasant kind, and big hearted person, who was well liked by all who met her. We will miss her dearly, and pray she has found her happiness in heaven.
