Mike you were not a friend
You were my Brother
We have been adopted by choice for almost 40 years
How many countless times have you told me I AM YOUR BEST FRIEND.
My mom met you and adored you
And said you were a Mans Man.
You and I have cared and been concerned as families do.
You and I have done so much for eachother because of our family love.
We have been there for oneanother
NO MATTER WHAT.
I AM ANGRY YOU ARE GONE.
IT JUST DOESNT SEEM RIGHT
but then again you were suffering in many ways.
Almost just existing because there have been so many challenges that compromised your spirit
To the point of resigning...you kept going...but you did not bother with your health challenges.
The night before you went to the emergency room you told me you would probably die before me.
Maybe at that conversation yoiu were not feeling well but didnt tell me.
You have been the very best brother in the world.
You worried about me and I YOU
We were committed chosen family.
I love you so much I cannot handle your departure.
We watched the Voice TOGETHER
Americas GOT TALENT
And AMERICAN IDOL.
No one has ever been such a committed friend to me like you
FAMILY
It is so wrong to me that you are gone.
I am at a loss.
But I know deeply in my heart your suffering in this complex physical world you suffered more than most
