Phillip is survived by his wife, Lucy, four children, ten grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
A Funeral Mass for Phillip will be held Thursday, April 21, 2022 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at St. Lucy Catholic Parish, 2350 Winchester Blvd., Campbell, CA 95008. Burial to follow at 11:30 a.m. at Oak Hill Memorial Park, 300 Curtner Avenue, San Jose, CA 95125.
