Thinking of you on your Birthday with a heavy heart but so much appreciation and so many happy memories. 

Just a note that PC it's been three years since you left us and you still have an impact on my life.  You see I applied for a job that I really wanted  and because the district manager  new who you were, he hired me. Your legacy still carries on. You taught me to be the best in this business and here I am 26 years after you taught me everything I know.  I miss you so much PC. As you used to always tell me " I am the boss and the only boss  " Thank you for everything you did for me.  You are not only my boss but a true brother and as you used to say one of the boys. 

Sending my sincerest and deepest condolences to The Chand and SBS Family. PC positively touched many lives and will be greatly missed. May the great memories shared by all ease the sorrow of his passing.

My condolences to the chand family. I only knew PC for about a year and since I met him I knew he was a great man and a great leader. I got to sit next to him at our Christmas Dinner and appreciate every minute and time we had talked about business and family.  What a great man and dearly be missed.

PC made an impact on so many lives across the country. He was a true leader and a true friend.....he will be missed greatly. I will pray for comfort for his family and the SBS San Francisco team. He challenged all of us to be better.

PC was a great personality- He is a sad loss not only to the wife and the children but to the family and friends and is company. My wife joins me to convey our deepest condolences to the bereaved family.

I don't know of any person in my life in CA, that has touched as many people in a positive and personal way than PC.  He gave 100% of himself to help those around him succeed and enjoy life. PC enjoyed every moment and every breath with his daughters, his wife, his family, friends and colleagues in business.  He loved a challenge, and would not stop until he conquered.
PC was a true friend, mentor and leader.

We are all given choices as to how we choose to live our lives, for ourselves or others. PC was one of a kind, and I know that he will be greatly missed by his family and friends, as well as his SBS-San Francisco work family.  My sincere condolences to all.  A friend of mine said several years ago, "It's a short stay any way you look at it; for some it is shorter than for others."  This is certainly the case with the loss of PC.
