Renee Marie Escobar, age 57, of San Jose, California, passed away peacefully on Thursday, September 11, 2025. Renee was a cherished daughter, sister, aunt, and friend — a woman whose warmth, humor, and generous spirit touched the lives of all who knew her.

Born on April 15, 1968, Renee lived a life full of music, laughter, and love. With a heart as deep as her favorite maroon and burgundy tones, she brought color and comfort into every space she entered. A devoted fan of oldies and old school music, Renee had a soundtrack for every memory — and often, a dance to go with it.

Her passions were simple but meaningful: The Golden Girls reruns that made her laugh no matter how many times she watched them, the timeless charm of 50 First Dates, her beloved collection of teddy bears, and her unwavering loyalty to the Raiders. She had a way of making everyone feel seen, heard, and loved — and her presence lit up every room she entered.

Renee will be laid to rest at Oak Hill Memorial Park, 300 Curtner Avenue, San Jose, California 95125 — a peaceful resting place for a soul who brought so much peace to others.

Though our hearts are heavy with her passing, we celebrate the beautiful life she lived, and the joy she brought to so many. Her laughter, her music, and her spirit will echo in our hearts forever.
