Roger Andrew Garcia

Roger Garcia promoted to heaven on July 25, 2020. He was the eldest of six children. Roger was a native of San Jose, Ca. where he met and married his one true love Olivia Bravo Garcia. The two resided in San Jose, Colorado and retired in the quaint community in Copperopolis .They were married fifty-five loving years and had three children. The late Michelle Garcia, Kendra Garcia Carranza (Joel Carranza) and Brandon J. Garcia (Rachel Garcia). Which blossomed into five grandchildren Elijah Ramirez, Brandon Ramirez, Christina Morrison, Sarah Garcia and Benjamin Garcia. Roger was blessed with six great grandchildren.

Roger was a plumber contractor of thirty years, ten years of self-employment and final retirement with Santa Clara County.

He was a musician by blood. Roger came from a long line of musicians. He played several instruments, piano being his main source of music. He was self-taught and wrote his own music. He was sixteen when he was in his first band. He went on playing with many bands throughout his life and had a trio in his later years. He played different genres and had a collection of music.

Roger’s heart was being a car hobbyist; he started his first build at the early age of fourteen and continued his hobby to the very end.

Roger’s passion was being a devoted Christian man. He gave his life to Jesus and attended Lake Tulloch Bible Church.

Roger played many roles in his life and lived life to its fullest. Many will miss him.
