Visitation Monday August 26, 2013 at the Willow Glen Funeral Home 1039 Lincoln Ave. San Jose from 3-9pm with vigil service at 7pm. Funeral Mass Tuesday August 27, 2013 at Five Wounds Portuguese National Church at 11:00AM. Interment to follow at Calvary Cemetery. She will be missed by all who knew her.
