Mommy Pacing, i hope you know how much you are loved. Hello, I am Inday Lagapa, a friend of Rufina Sugala but we fondly call her “Nang Pasing”. Nang Pasing is my colleague before when she was still a Midwife in Rural Health Unit here in our town Sierra Bullones, Bohol. We were very close friends, she was like a mother to me and to all of us in the team. We were buddies, she was my teacher and for me, she was the best midwife in our town, she was the one who taught me the Delivery technique which until now I still apply it.  Every time that she has activities in her area she always makes sure that I am there, she’s even a Godmother of my 1st child. She was the one who introduced to me her signature “BIKO ILOKANO”. Nang Pasing is very generous also, that every time she received a package or balikbayan box from the US she will share it with us. She was the one who allowed me to taste for the 1st time the “imported Corned beef”… We had a lot of memories together with Nang Pasing. A day is not enough to tell our wonderful memories together. And we were all saddened by her passing. To Nang Pasing, we thank you for all the beautiful memories that we had, thank you for your kindness and your generosity, thank you for inspiring us all to be faithful with our job especially in our profession. We will miss you always nang, Rest well now in God’s Paradise. We love you!

A BLESS ND SAD DAY FOR ME BCOZ IM NOT EXPECTING MARE PASING  SUGALA MY EVER DEAREST  FREND. MARE KO  I HEARD DIED. I KNOW MAR PASSING UR MEMORY IS AMAZING BCOZ ALL THE PREGNAT HERE IM ONE OF THOSE  U EASILY GIVE A GOOD DELIVERY INSTANT AS  AS HOLD OUR STOMACH I FEEL UR INSTANT POWER FROM GOD .  IM REALLY HAPPY THAT TIME BCOZ IM ALWAYS DIN IN OUR HEALTH CENTER BCOZ IM  ur PRES OF BARANGAY HEATH WORKER  IN OUR TOWN THATS  WHY I KNOW U WELL WHO U ARE . AS MY BEST BEST FREND TO MY KUMARE  MY STAFF  NO WORDS I CAN SAY TO U MAR I REALLY SALUTE U, I MISS U SO MUCH ND LOVE U. As I look back during the time that I first came to Sierra Bullones RHU in the year 1985. I can still remember that Nang Pasing was the first person who welcomed me to the Public Health Service Community. She was the main health center midwife at that time, We don’t have any doctor based on the RHU, only a visiting doctor once a week (Dr. Lourdes Tan). Nang Pasing was very kind to orient me with the bits and pieces of the job. I can still recall that she was very selfless and passionate with her work. She takes me with her during home visits, prenatal and assisting delivery to pregnant mothers. She was really known to be a good midwife and has a talent in predicting the gender of the baby. I have worked with her for almost 10 years, and all I can say is that I admire her so much for her love, passion and dedication to her job. She has become a role model for us her colleagues in the health sector. Thank you Nang Pasing for your service,,, We will all miss you!!!
