Rufino Velasquez Batulan passed away at Las Vegas, Nevada, on December 4, 2025, at the age of 77. He was born on April 17, 1948, in Aguilar, Philippines.

He is survived by his wife, Aida Santos Batulan, his son, Roland Santos Batulan (Dan Radabaugh), and his daughter, Anne Marie Batulan Carter (James Carter Jr). Rufino is also survived by his granddaughters, Olivia Jaye Carter and Paisley Jaymes Carter. Additionally, he is survived by his pets, Karma and Bonzai.
