Sally has gone to join her husband Paul R. Lopez, and mother and father Vera & Antonio Hernandez. She is predeceased by son, John Lopez, and grandson, John Paul Lopez. Survived by daughter Sally D. Lopez and Grandchildren Mitchell Madrigal, Leslie Madrigal and Great-Granddaughter Adrienne Zane. Also survived by sisters Trine Martinez, Lucy Ramirez & brother Robert Hernandez. Predeceased by five brothers and sisters.
Rosary is Sunday Oct. 1, 2017 at 5:30 p.m. at Lima Family Erickson Memorial Chapel, 710 Willow Street. Funeral Mass on Monday, Oct. 2, 2017 at 9:30 a.m. at St. John Vianney Church, 4600 Hyland Ave., San Jose. Burial to follow at Calvary Cemetery on Alum Rock Ave., San Jose.
