Samuel is survived by his father Christopher Dominic Leyva Sr., mother Monica Custodio-Lara; sister Sasha Sanchez, and brothers Christopher Leyva Jr., Salvador Leyva and Zackary Leyva.
Samuel is survived by a large loving extended family and loyal friends. His life was a gift to all of his loved ones, and his spirit will forever guide us.
A public viewing for Samuel will be held Wednesday, July 30, 2025 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Lima Family Erickson Memorial Chapel, 710 Willow Street, San Jose, CA 95125. A public viewing will occur Thursday, July 31, 2025 from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM, 710 Willow Street, San Jose, CA 95125. A funeral service will occur Thursday, July 31, 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, 710 Willow Street, San Jose, CA 95125.
