"San Ho Huynh Trieu passed away peacefully surrounded by her family at the Regional Medical Center in San Jose, CA on Thursday, August 25th at approximately 7:45AM. She was 88 years old. San Ho is survived by 10 children, 26 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. She dedicated her life to her family, selflessly caring for her husband, children and grandchildren. All are welcome to attend to celebrate San Ho’s life. Flowers and condolences may be sent to the service at the Oak Chapel, Oak Hill Memorial Park"
