Sorry to hear of Tac's passing, I used to work with Tac at Westinghouse and bowled with him at Mel's Palm Bowl.
I remember every Saint Patrick's day  at work Tac would claim he was Irish and that his name was "O' Handa."

My fondest memories of Tak were our 6am chats when he was coming back from his daily morning walk. He attributed these walks to his longevity. As the years went on he would talk louder and louder and I was worried we would wake the whole neighborhood up! 😄 We actually had no idea that he had persimmon trees but a few years ago when we were watching Shauna's dog, we noticed them and approached Tak about picking a few. He was so welcoming and happy. We spent a few hours back there filling some bags. They were delicious. We found out that he doesn't even eat them, just gives them to friends. After that, every season, a huge bag would show up on our doorstep. He had great stories and a wonderful legacy. He will be missed. Hugs to you all.
