A witness cremation for Tan will be held Sunday, April 3, 2022 from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM at Oak Hill Funeral Home & Memorial Park, 300 Curtner Ave, San Jose, CA 95125, followed by a funeral service from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
