I knew Tom in grade school thru high school. Haven’t seen him in about 50 years but still have fond memories of him. He was a very nice person and  will be truly missed. I considered him one of my best friends in school. Get Heaven ready for us Tom we will see you there.

So sorry to hear of Tom's passing.  A good working buddy at Chaboya bus facility.
We shared many laughs and conversations and yes bumped heads defending our beloved Rams/49er rivalries.

We loved your gentleness and kindness.  We loved your great attitude and humor.  You will truly be missed! Our lives have been blessed because you were a part it.
You loved Cindy so much.  I remembered several times when you rode your bike to our office and waited patiently for her to get off work, never complaining.  You always showed how much you loved her with your sweet smile that we’ll never forget! 

Thomas, my childhood neighbor and our forever friend. I will miss going back home and you greeting me and my family.  Always interested in our lives and always letting us know what a beautiful family we were. Our conversations will always be appreciated,  your smiles just took me back to my childhood years.  I am so grateful to have had our last conversation with you last summer...the laughs, the memories and the love you demonstrated will forever remain in our hearts.  A big hug to the Lugo family,  praying for all of you 💕 

My sweet, dear, kind, loving, big hearted teddy bear!  Primo, you will be missed!!  That infectious smile of yours (just like my Tio Tommy).  I know you are now in a better place, with family and friends where God has granted you a clean bill of health!  I pray that you rest in eternal peace and that you look down on us and watch over us. Remembering Toms smile that always seemed with him. The days we shared working at Cerone. And the rides he gave me to pick up a bus at O & R. And how even the drivers were impressed on how straight he could make a row of coaches. I will see you someday in heaven, RIP.

I would roll up in the VTA van and we would start talking about the good old days, everthing from high school to who who in the VTA world. And you know I would be talking about them 49ers!

My condolences to The Lugo Family, he was a wonderful gentle soul and I am glad I had the pleasure to have known him.  May his Soul Rest in Peace.....

Thomas  my lifetime neighbor always had a wave and smile for me, always ready to have a conversation no matter what time it was. I will miss every hello “Malene” every conversation, while I’m taking diapers out to the garbage. God gained  an Angel a good man, may you RIP.

Tomas, was a great person he was always happy to see my family and I. We all enjoyed standing in the yard having long conversations about everyday life. Our boys would jump and run around and he would smile and laugh to see their craziness. His smile lighten the day and his interest in us made us feel great. He was always excited to hear what was going on in our lives and what new things our sons were doing. He was happy to lend his good thoughts and his advice he would always say enjoy the boys, time will go by fast. I will miss his friendly hello’s and big smile every morning. I can honestly say I am a better person to have known such a happy and friendly person. We will all miss you Tomas. Heaven truly gained an amazing person. Till we meet again, fair well. May you RIP

Thomas Lugo, an awesome human being  always trying to help others. Always with a smile on his face looking out for everyone's well being.  We Miss you already my friend. May you soul rest in peace and I hope to meet you again in heaven. 

Thomas was a great neighbor,  always ready to help.  I knew growing up that we could count on him if we needed it.  We knew that if he were outside when we got home from work,  that we'd have an hour long conversation,  minimum, so dinner would have to wait.   He never ran out of words,  I'm not sure how he did it, but he just kept going and going.  I was blessed to know him,  and blessed to have a last few laughs before his departure. Hope your enjoying yourself with the angels Thomas. 

Tom was a very nice and caring person. I knew him when he worked out of Chaboya yard. He would always be willing to help you during morning pull-out to get your coach in order. But best of all he would always ask about my family and how they were. We would talk about various social issues and what-not and we would have a laugh or two. He always had a smile on his face. The last time I saw him as he was getting his bike off the rack he said to me, "see you later, brother". Rest in Peace, brother Tom.
