Passed away peacefully at home at the age of 81. Preceded in death by his son, William (Billy) Jr., he is survived by his wife of 58 years, Darlene Frasher. He was a loving Father to Dennis Frasher, Susana Frasher, Terri Cremona, and Jeff Cremona; Grandpa to Sherilyn, Shurie, Brandon, Jennifer, Anthony, Ryan, and William.
He will be greatly missed by family and friends.
Memorial Service will be held at 2 pm on Thursday, January 31, 2013 in the Chapel at Cathedral of Faith, 2315 Canoas Garden Avenue, San Jose, CA.
