JOSÉ FUE UN GRAN AMIGO POR ALREDEDOR DE 20 AÑOS, A QUIÉN RECORDARÉ CON MUCHO CARIÑO
YO DESEO QUE JOSÉ ARROYO SEA RECORDADO POR SUS MÉRITOS Y POR SUS OBRAS EN LA ISLA NENA BIEKES. 
YO NO CONOZCO TODAS SUS OBRAS, PERO SE QUE JOSE JUNTO AL ESTADOUNIDENSE MICHAEL DIAZ QEPD, COMENZARON EL HUMANE SOCIETY DE BIEKES QUE SE CONSERVA HOY DÍA COMO EL MEJOR ALBERGUE DE ANIMALES EN PR.
MUCHAS Y MUCHOS SABRAN SOBRE SU APOYO Y PARTICIPACION EN LA LUCHA POR PARAR EL BOMBARDEO Y SACAR LA MARINA DE BIEKES EL HIZO DESOBEDIENCIA CIVIL ENTRANDO A LOS TERRENOS OCUPADOS POR LA MARINA POR LO QUE FUE ARRESTADO Y CUMPLIÓ CARCEL.
DOS DE SUS OBRAS DE INGENIERIA FUERON LA ESCUELA MARÍA SIMMONS Y LA CANCHA BAJO TECHO CERCA DEL FORTÍN.

SABEMOS QUE SUS ÚLTIMAS SEMANAS ESTUVO SUFRIENDO BASTANTE, PERO YA NO SUFRE MÁS Y ESTÁ EN MEJOR VIDA AUNQUE SU AUSENCIA SEA TRISTE PARA NOSOTR@S.

PD. POR RAZONES AJENAS A MI VOLUNTAD SIENTO MUCHO NO HABER PODIDO ESTAR PRESENTE HOY, AUNQUE YO QUERÍA IR, PERO NO SE ME LOGRÓ.

Me uno a ustedes en el dolor de la perdida de nuestro querido “Mano”.  Fortaleza, Paz y Amor para todos. Que siempre quede en nuestra memoria su recuerdo. 

Querido primo: Que vueles alto, bien alto a los reinos de los cielos y que te unas con Edwin, Tito, Titi Esther y Millín que ya han partido y te esperan. Descansa en Paz.

Hijas e Hijos:  Reciban nuestro abrazo en estos momentos de difícil separación física. Hicieron mucho mas de lo necesario por ayudar y apoyar a su Padre en su proceso de enfermedad, y toda la vida.  Arroyo se fue con el amor de ustedes. Vivio ese Amor y su mayor tesoro fueron sus hijos.  En la vida, lo mas importante es el Amor a Dios y el Amor Familiar, y ustedes lo demostraron con su presencia constante.  Reciban la Paz Sobrenatural del Cielo en este tiempo!

Yo conocí a José "Arroyito" en su empleo federal luego de ir en destaque a Puerto Rico después del huracán María. Siempre fué un empleado dedicado. 

Pero sobretodo un buen compañero, muy alegre, jocoso y sobre todo un buen ser humano. Su alegría siempre fué algo contagioso y levantaba la moral a cualquiera.  Ha sido un placer conocerlo y una bendición compartir con él.

Que Dios lo tenga en su gloria.

To my cousin Mano's family, 
My name is Luz Esther Teel, daughter of  Vidalina, 
Mano's aunt Titi Esther's sister 
I am heart broken over the passing of Mano. I always thought of him as a little brother I never had. In the summer of 1964 Mano and Adela visited my family for the summer. Mano was eleven years old. He was a very shy and serious boy. And we were completely thrilled to have him visit us. Can you imagine Mano's shock!! He spent the summer with his girl cousins Adela, Aixa,Marilyn and I teaseing him and playing jokes, and pranks on him.. Mano, always the gentleman never complained but you could see that he knew how much we loved him.
I had not seen Mano since 1968 when I return to Texas to live. I will always regret not having memories of Mano as a husband, father, and grandfather. Thank you for the posted pictures  on this site they have been a comfort to me.  God bless you all as you walk this sad journey. May God's tender love fill your hearts with a life time of memories of our gentle Mano.

La vida me permitió compartir muchas vivencias con Mano. Tal así que llegamos a desarrollar una unión casi familiar. Lo consideré mi hermano y me consta que Él también lo sentía así.
