OBITUARY

Ida 'Toni' A. Krutt

December 26, 1928February 16, 2014

Ida “Toni” A. Krutt was born in San Francisco, California after her parents emigrated from Germany. She is predeceased by her husband, Raymond Charles Krutt, Sr., and her son, Theodore Lawrence Krutt.

Toni was a graduate of Mission High School in San Francisco and retired from the County of Marin after working as a data entry operator.

Toni was a loving mother to Sandra Russo, William Krutt, and Raymond Krutt, Jr.; a loving grandmother to her grandchildren Tyrina Min, Tammura (Patrick) Beaver, Tara (Allan) Lopez, Travis Krutt, Heather Krutt, and Trevor Krutt; a loving great grandmother to Mario, Gabriel, Isabella and Kaylee; a loving sister to Henry (Michalene) Thone; and a loving aunt to Charles (Pebbles) Thone. Her family and faith brought her extreme joy.

Toni had many talents. Every year she made Halloween costumes for her children and continued making them for her grandchildren. She loved making crafts and would make anything and everything. Her specialty was making bears and she would be so excited when they were “born”. Toni also sang beautifully.

Toni was a giving person and loved to help anyone she could, always with her beautiful smile on her face. She truly beamed at others' happiness. Her famous sayings were “Oh, how grand!” or “Oh, how wonderful”.

Toni will be missed by everyone who loved and knew her. She will always have a special place in all of our hearts and her memory will live on forever. Every time we think of her smiling, that’s her way of wishing us her other famous saying – “Have a Happy Day!”

So sorry to hear the loss of Grandma Toni. She was always so gracious to me during the short years I was her granddaughter-in-law. My heart goes out to all of the Krutts. Toni will be in my meditations. Love and hugs to all the Krutts.

We knew her as 'Babe", a dear friend of our family. Our families spent many good times together and we have wonderful memories of her that will never leave us. It is quite fitting that Babe's obituary was right next to my Dad's-Neil Jordan-today in the paper. Our thoughts and prayers go out to her entire family and especially to Sandy, Chug and Bill

I will always remember my sweet BABE. Her laughter, her energy and her love for all of us. My heart smiled when I heard her journey on this earth was over only because now she can live in peace. How fitting that hers and my dad's Obituary ran side by side. Sending love to her family and amazing Sandy who deserves the highest medal of honor for taking care of her all these years. Love you Babe.
