Ida “Toni” A. Krutt was born in San Francisco, California after her parents emigrated from Germany. She is predeceased by her husband, Raymond Charles Krutt, Sr., and her son, Theodore Lawrence Krutt.
Toni was a graduate of Mission High School in San Francisco and retired from the County of Marin after working as a data entry operator.
Toni was a loving mother to Sandra Russo, William Krutt, and Raymond Krutt, Jr.; a loving grandmother to her grandchildren Tyrina Min, Tammura (Patrick) Beaver, Tara (Allan) Lopez, Travis Krutt, Heather Krutt, and Trevor Krutt; a loving great grandmother to Mario, Gabriel, Isabella and Kaylee; a loving sister to Henry (Michalene) Thone; and a loving aunt to Charles (Pebbles) Thone. Her family and faith brought her extreme joy.
Toni had many talents. Every year she made Halloween costumes for her children and continued making them for her grandchildren. She loved making crafts and would make anything and everything. Her specialty was making bears and she would be so excited when they were “born”. Toni also sang beautifully.
Toni was a giving person and loved to help anyone she could, always with her beautiful smile on her face. She truly beamed at others' happiness. Her famous sayings were “Oh, how grand!” or “Oh, how wonderful”.
Toni will be missed by everyone who loved and knew her. She will always have a special place in all of our hearts and her memory will live on forever. Every time we think of her smiling, that’s her way of wishing us her other famous saying – “Have a Happy Day!”
