Laszlo Bakonyvari Passed away April 18, 2010 after a valiant three year battle with sarcoma cancer. Laszlo was born in 1933 in Balatonalmadi, Hungary, one of ten children. He came to the US in 1956 and worked at Chevron Research for 34 years. He is survived by his wife Maria, five children, nine grandchildren and three siblings. Rosary service at Keaton's Mortuary of San Rafael, April 23 at 7:00 PM. Funeral mass at Mission San Rafael, Saturday, April 24 at 11:00 AM.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the United Hungarian Fund for which Laszlo served as president for many years.
