Dominic F. Macone Sr.

Dominic Macone Sr. of Fort Lauderdale, Florida passed away on Tuesday, September 18th. Dominic was born on April 12, 1942 to Frank and Rose Macone of Somerville, MA. He was the loving husband of Judy Macone for 55 years. Besides his wife, he is survived by his three children, Dominic and Heidi Macone of Sandwich, MA, Dawn Macone of Forestdale, MA and Traci Ferguson of Mashpee, MA along with 5 Grandchildren as well as many family and dear friends. He was predeceased by his eldest daughter, Lisa Roberts of Sandwich, MA and his twin sister Theresa Shanafelt of Somerville, MA. He loved life and was loved by all. He enjoyed every day to the fullest. He will be remembered mostly for his positive outlook on life, great sense of humor and generosity.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 25th from 4:00 to 7:00PM at The Nickerson Bourne Funeral Home, 154 Route 6A Sandwich, MA 02563. In Lieu of Flowers, Donations may be made to the American Heart Assoc. or the National Kidney Foundation
