Joanne Marie Gaziano

MEDWAY - Joanne M. Gaziano of Medway died

Friday 23, 2012 from natural causes at age 60. She was

the daughter of the late Calogero and Guiseppina Gaziano

of Quincy, Ma.

She was raised in Quincy and graduated from Quincy

High School and went on to receive a degree in Elementary

Education from Boston State College.

She had a 25 year career and retired from the Telephone

Company. Joanne enjoyed writing stories and poems. She

had a love for animals and nature.

Joanne is survived by her best friend Richard Moran of

Medway, sisters Francesca [Gina] DelVecchio, Marie Gaziano

and Sally Gaziano, sister-in-law Josephine Gaziano and

many neices and nephews. She is predeceased by brother

Carmelo [Joe] Gaziano, sister Rose and William Jacobs, and

brother-in-law Mario DelVecchio.

Calling hours will be held on Wednesday March 28, 2012 from 4 to 8 PM at the Nickerson-Bourne Funeral Home 154 Rt 6A Sandwich. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday March 29, 2012 at 10:30 AM at Corpus Christi Catholic Church 324 Quaker Meetinghouse Rd Sandwich.
