Dear Elsie, Tho the pain will not be gone till the Lord wipes away our tears, I thank Him that He has seen you through the first, the worst year. As you naturally don't want to forget John, I don't want to forget either of you, especially you, whose heart continues to ache. May God's comfort continue as an every-day experience. Agape, Alden

Elsie and family--- I am sorry for your loss and grief. I am Linda's friend and even though I did not know John personally, I know about him. John has passed on his legacy of faith to my wonderful, dear friend and for that I am deeply grateful to him. May you rest in God's strength, comfort and care as you grieve.

Dear Elsie,
May you be conscious of His presence with you each moment of each day. You and John and Bobbie and I had many great times together with our families. Even though it has been almost 29 years since Bobbie went home to be with her Lord, I can assure you that your God will carry you and your family though such a difficult time.
Love, Gordon
