John K. Lynch

Born in Staten Island, NY a son of the late Hugh and Anne (McLaughlin) Lynch. He had worked as a director for several senior citizen centers.

After leaving Staten Island, John and Elizabeth owned and operated a bed and breakfast for 15 years in Saugerties, NY.

In 2010, they moved to the Cape to be closer to their son, Andrew. John became an avid golfer at Southport.

In addition to his wife for over 40 years. He is survived by a son, Andrew Lynch of Boston, MA; siblings, Mary Sasso of Wharton, NJ, Brendan Lynch of Calabash, NC, Patricia Hess of Naples, FL, and Kevin Lynch of Slatington PA. He was predeceased by siblings Hugh Lynch and Kathleen Lynch.

A visitation will be held from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Friday, January 5, 2024 at the Nickerson-Bourne Funeral Home 154 Route 6A Sandwich, MA. Please find additional parking across the street.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimer’s association in memory of John.
