Matt had a tremendously kind soul. We shared the same first name and he always had a positive, happy demeanor. Every time I would go into Stop and Shop when he was working I was greeted with a big "Hi Matt" from several registers away! He lived in the grace of not what he said or what he did but how he made you feel. Peace to your family. Rest in peace my friend.

Matt was my high school sweetheart. He stole my heart my heart in 1971 in the halls of Allentown High School. He was such a kind, gentleman who could always make me laugh. My memories of Matt drumming in the marching band, going to prom, and just hanging out and having fun will live on in my heart. Rest in sweet, heavenly peace, my friend. Til we meet again.

Matt stole my heart when he played his drums at The American House in 1972. I never got it back. My deepest deepest condolences to his wonderful family. ‘If the sun refused to shine, I would still be loving you...’. Always, Matt always.
