Rick was born on October 19, 1951 and grew up in Wellesley, MA. He married his high school sweetheart, Karen on October 11, 1975 in Sandwich, MA. After attending Bentley College, he worked at a car dealership where he was the general manager for 25 years. Before retiring, he spent 10 years as the general manager of a boat dealership.
Rick is survived by his wife, Karen, son, Dan, daughter, Leslie, parents Jocelyn and Skid, brothers, Bud and Tom, sister Hope Aldrich, as well as nieces, nephews, grand nieces, and grand nephew.
A service will be held in his honor on October 21 at 11am, at Nickerson-Bourne Funeral Home; 154 MA-6A, Sandwich MA.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.
