Ronald grew up in Plainfield & Jackson, NJ and graduated from Westfield State University in Massachusetts. Ron loved his New York Jets, German History, trying new beers, and creating miniature models of war reenactments. When he had company over, Ron would always make sure they had their favorite drink in hand and gave them a good laugh.
He is survived by his son Zackery T. Wagner of Boston, MA who was the light of his life. Ron and Zackery had weekly dinners together from his early childhood until recently. He taught his son many things and always took great pride in being Zack’s father. He had great style but wearing Jets green was most important to him. Ron was a member of a German social club out of Walpole, MA, New England’s oldest German-American Cultural club where he’d go to monthly events to enjoy a few pints and bring his son along for Oktoberfest.
Ron worked as a Compliance Analyst for a few different insurance companies over the years but mostly recently for Retail Business Services out of Quincy, MA. He would often travel with his coworkers and share some great stories. He was a hard working man in and out of the office and will be sorely missed by many.
A visitation will be held on Saturday, February 3rd, 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00PM, at the Nickerson-Bourne Funeral Home at 154 MA-6A, Sandwich, MA 02563 .
