Predeceased by his parents, Walter and Arlene Phinney, Walter leaves behind his beloved husband, Chad Mosher; his faithful canine companion, Seamus; and his devoted sister, Julie Marotta (Bob). He was a treasured uncle to Matthew (Lindsay), Timothy (Alyssa), and Christopher (Samantha), and a proud great-uncle to Eavan and Declan — all of whom loved him dearly.
Walter dedicated much of his professional life to serving others. He was a valued member of the administration teams at Outer Cape Health Services and Housing Assistance Corporation. Earlier in his career, he spent many impactful years in management at Whittier Street Health Center. His commitment to community health and housing made a meaningful difference in countless lives.
In retirement, Walter found joy at his beautiful home, where he nurtured his gardens and spent cherished time with family and friends.
