He was born to the late Anthony and Harriet Peters in Saint Paul, Minnesota on March 24, 1923.
Bill grew up in Cleveland, Ohio where he graduated from high school. Immediately after that he joined the US Air Force and is a WW11 veteran.
He is survived by his loving wife Jeanne Peters of 70 years in marriage. His nieces; Doris Young of Sandwich, MA, and Evelyne Gonzales of Yuba City, CA. And many other family members. He was preceded in passing by his daughter Lynn.
Private burial will be held at Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne, MA.
