Beloved father, brother and friend, Andrew Michael Cook, age 58, passed away on February 28. He was preceded in death by his father, Joe Cook, mother Mimi Carrere and his brother, Kenny Cook. He is survived by his children, Lauren and Van Cook of Charleston and family, Jodie Cook, Janet von Schuschnigg, Nancy Carley, Chris Cook, and Van Flanigan. Mr. Cook was a native of Atlanta, and graduate of Marist High School. He went on to become a four star chef after graduating from LaVarenne Culinary Institute in France. His generosity, kind heart and love for his family and friends will always be remembered. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 on Friday, March 4th, at H.M. Patterson & Son/Arlington Chapel in Sandy Springs to commemorate his life. The family will receive friends 30 minutes prior to the service.
