Arline Elizabeth Garrell

Arline Elizabeth Garrell of Marietta died January 4, 2023. Mrs. Garrell retired from Cobb County Board of Education where she had a career as a paraprofessional. She was a long-time active member of East Cobb United Methodist Church was in VIP, United Methodist Woman, Friendship Sunday School class and taught fourth and fifth grade Sunday School. Arline was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Garrell and is survived by her sons, Rhett Garrell, Drew Garrell; daughter and son-in-law, Lorri and Kris Skaar; grandchildren, Matthew, Wesley, Walker, Carly and Ashlyn Skaar, Jake and Tyler Garrell; and great grandchildren, Jade, Everett and Baker Skaar. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to East Cobb United Methodist Church, 2325 Roswell Rd., Marietta, GA 30062. Interment services were held privately at Arlington Memorial Park.
