Charles Francis Rihacek, 75, of Dunwoody, died May 3, 2011. Mr. Rihacek was originally from New York City and graduated from St. John University. He served with the New York Police Department and later as a court clerk in New York. He also built custom homes in the Long Island area of New York and built and owned an assisted living facility in Ormond Beach, FL. Along with his wife Nina, Mr. Rihacek operated the Italian restaurant Bellini’s Pasta and Pizza in Dunwoody for many years. He was a long-time active member of St. Jude the Apostle Catholic Church. Mr. Rihacek is survived by his wife of 49 years, Nina Mary Rihacek; daughters, Claudia Donahue (Patrick), Angela Rihacek, and Bridget Newman. A Funeral Mass will be Friday, May 6, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Jude the Apostle Catholic Church with The Rev. Msgr. James Fennessy as The Celebrant. Interment will follow at Arlington Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Thursday from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. with a Rosary service at 7:30 p.m. at H.M. Patterson and Son, Arlington Chapel, 173 Allen Rd, NE, Sandy Springs, GA 30328.
