

He was co-owner of Fidelity Management and Investment Company, an Atlanta company, which developed and owned high-rise buildings, hotels and retail shopping centers in the 1990s.
More recently, he turned his attention to the development of kidney dialysis clinics in the Southeast for national providers of dialysis services.
"Chris was a very special man with immense warmth, charm and generosity,” said his cousin, Kathryn Johnson.
He is survived by his wife Linda, and his brother and sister-in-law Alex and Diane Kliros.
Friends and family are invited to visitation at H. M. Patterson & Son Arlington Chapel, 173 Allen Road, Sandy Springs, GA 30328, on Sunday, December 13, at 4:00 PM followed by a prayer service at 6:00 PM, officiated by Father Paul Kaplanis, Dean, Greek Orthodox Cathedral of the Annunciation, Atlanta.
A private family interment will take place at Arlington Memorial Park.
