

Cliff was born on December 3, 1947 in Hong Kong. He worked as a sales representative in the raw materials for the plastics industry before immigrating to the United States in 1975. In 1980, he and his wife moved to Cartersville, GA, where they started their own business, Dragon Garden Chinese Restaurant. He successfully owned and operated Dragon Garden for 28 years and served the community delicious food and amazing service. He retired in 2008 to enjoy time with his family and visit his friends in Hong Kong and Canada.
Surviving are his loving and devoted wife of 39 years, Wanny Lo; sons and daughters-in-law, Jeff and Diana Lo of Fort Lauderdale, FL; Richard and Lindsey Lo of Kennesaw, GA; 2 granddaughters, Kaitlyn and Mallory Lo.
Cliff enjoyed socializing and had a true passion and devotion to his family and friends. He loved cheering for his favorite sports teams: the Atlanta Hawks, the Atlanta Falcons, and the Atlanta Braves. Cliff was also an avid Mah-Jong player.
Services celebrating his life will be conducted on Friday, the 17th of July at ten o’clock in the morning at Patterson’s Arlington Chapel. Interment will follow at Arlington Memorial Park. Friends are cordially invited to a visitation with the family Thursday from seven until nine o’clock in the evening at H. M. Patterson & Son Arlington Chapel, 173 Allen Road, Sandy Springs, GA 30328.
