Born on September 9, 1935, in Nashville, Tennessee, Dorothy Ann lived a life marked by kindness, compassion, and generosity. She was a devoted wife and mother whose greatest joy was spending time with her family.
Dorothy Ann was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Phillip Eugene Sadler. She is survived by her children, Jeff Sadler (Mary), Phil Sadler (Teresa), and Emily Sadler McIntyre (Mike); and her grandchildren, Ashlee Sadler Burke (Hunter), Kevin Sadler (Greta Mills), Caroline Sadler Crowley (Clancy), Gene Sadler, Joe Sadler, Ella McIntyre and Michael McIntyre. She was the proud great-grandmother of: Sadler and Scarlett Burke, Mac and Dorothy Crowley, Willa and Alden Sadler. She is also survived by her sisters, Glendola Grizzle and Sherri Cleveland of Nashville, TN and their families.
She will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who knew and loved her. A private graveside service will be held for the family.
