Mr. Ellwood L. Lines, 91, of Atlanta formerly of Macon died Monday, the 15th of October, 2012. Mr. Lines was preceded in death by his son, Dr. E. LeRoy Lines, Jr. Surviving are his wife of 65 years, Ann M. Lines; daughter and son-in-law, Sheryl and Stanhope Hopkins of Dallas, TX; daughter-in-law, Carole Lines of Atlanta; grandchildren, Amy Lines, Daniel Lines, Charles Lines, Stan Hopkins, III, Dr. Adam Hopkins; 1 great-grandchild to be; and nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Thursday afternoon, the 18th of October at one o’clock at Arlington Chapel. Interment will follow at Arlington Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, and for those desiring, the family requests with gratitude that memorial contributions in Mr. Ellwood Lines name be directed to The Methodist Children’s Home, 304 Pierce Ave., Macon, GA 31204.
