Frank Rosser, passed away Friday September 3, 2021, following a battle of severe pancreatitis. He was surrounded by his family and clergy at the time of his passing.
Frank was born on August 11, 1954, in St. Louis, Missouri. He attended the Missouri Military Academy, before moving to Florida following his father’s passing. Post-graduation, he attended Mercer University in Macon, Georgia where he met his future wife, Patricia.
In 1989, Frank was widowed after his wife “Patty” lost a long and courageous battle with breast cancer. His love for her never faltered and would frequently talk about his longing to see her again.
He worked as an accountant and in sales for investment banking firms and other entities, until his retirement in 2014. Everyone Frank met was touched by his kindness and wit; to him, he never met a stranger and loved altruistically. He had a deep appreciation and love for art, frequently read various historical books, enjoyed feeding the birds that resided by his back porch every morning, tending to his favorite rose bush, and spending time with his son and grandchildren as often as he could.
Frank is survived by his brother and sister, Jerry Rosser and Eileen Wilson, his son Benjamin Rosser, and his grandchildren Kerri, Isabella, and Gabriel. He is also survived by the numerous people he met in a course of a lifetime that he considered family more so than friends. He will be deeply missed, and may his memory be a blessing to all.
