

Her father is director of the Hengyang office of the Hunan Shipping Bureau, and her mother is chief of the credit section of the Heng Yang branch of the Bank of China, Hunan province.
From 1966 to 1972, she attended People's Road Elementary School in Hengyang City, Hunan Province. She was intelligent, vivacious, and had excellent academic achievements. She joined the Juvenile Pioneers team. She was repeatedly named a three-best student and served as a study committee and class leader. From 1972 to 1975, she attended junior high school at the Eleventh Middle School in Hengyang City. She had excellent grades, loved singing and dancing, was the head of his class and the school's artistic propaganda, and participated in many artistic performances organized by the school.
From 1975 to 1978, she attended high school at the 11th High School in Hengyang City. She had excellent academic achievements and served as the head of his class. After high school, she graduated with excellent grades and enrolled in Hunan Medical College, a comprehensive medical specialty. From 1978 to 1983, she attended university at Hunan Medical College, studying a comprehensive medical specialty. She had excellent grades and was repeatedly named an excellent student. She graduated from Hunan Medical School with a bachelor's degree in 1983.
From 1983 to 1985, she worked at the staff hospital of the bearing machinery factory in Hunan Province. She married Mr. Guo Peng in 1984 and was a graduate student at the Hunan Medical College from 1985 to 1988.
Her daughter Lisa was born in 1986. She went to the United States to study medical and nursing with her husband in 1988. She entered John's Creek Hospital in Emory in 1991, where she worked as a medical nurse and physician assistant. She continues to this day.
She is passionate about helping others, believes in Christianity, often attends church services, and often donates items and money to the church multiple times. She often volunteers at orphanages to help poor children and give them financial help.
