Jack B. Burruss, 67, of Marietta, GA passed away June 23, 2012. Mr. Burruss was born in Gainesville, GA to the late Alva J. and Kathleen Burruss and was preceded in death by his brother Roger Burruss. He is survived by his loving wife of 37 years, Cindy Burruss; son Ryan Burruss of Atlanta, GA; daughter and son-in-law Jaclyn and Ryan Deter of Greenville, SC; sister and brother-in-law Charlene and Rex Martin of Smyrna, GA; brothers and sister-in-law Phillip and Sharon Burruss, and Tim Burruss, all of Smyrna, GA. Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Friday, June 29, 2012 at Johnson Ferry Baptist Church with a reception immediately following. The family will receive friends Thursday, June 28, from 6 to 8 PM at H.M. Patterson & Son Arlington Chapel, 173 Allen Rd. NE, Sandy Springs, GA 30328 (404-851-9900).
