Jean Davis, age 94, passed away on Thursday, August 22, 2024. She was born in Camilla, Georgia, the daughter of Catherine and Horace Jernigan. Jean graduated from North Fulton High School in 1947 and retired from US Gypsum after a successful career as Personnel Supervisor. She lived in Georgia all her life, residing in both Sandy Springs and Roswell.
Jean had three children—Dave (deceased), Kathryn and Ben. She is survived by three grandchildren who she loved dearly— Andrew Jones, Stephen Jones and Caitlin Kiefaber. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren— Kayleigh Jones, Jackson and Charlotte Kiefaber and her newest great-granddaughter Micah Jones. Jean enjoyed gardening, reading, scenic drives and going to the pool and beach with her children and young grandchildren. She was a loving, kind and very generous Mom, Mama and GMama. She will forever be in the hearts of her family and will truly be missed.
