Jeri Ileen Edelman, 67, of Peachtree Corners, died June 3, 2017. Mrs. Edelman was originally from New York and moved to Boca Raton, FL prior to coming to Atlanta to be closer to her children and grandchildren. She was an active member of the Dunwoody Women’s Club, Rivermont Women’s Association and loved to play Mahjong and Bridge. Jeri always was passionate about her family and above all being actively involved in her grandchildren’s lives. Was preceded in death by her son, Scott Edelman and is survived by her husband of 47 years, Howard Edelman; son and daughter-in-law, Jeffrey and Lee Edelman; son, Steven Edelman; grandchildren, Joshua, Justin and Shayna Edelman; mother, Suzanne Goodman; and brothers and sisters-law, Michael and Gail Goodman, Lowell and Shelly Goodman. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Temple Emanu-El, 1580 Spalding Dr., Sandy Springs, GA 30350. Graveside services will be Tuesday, June 6, 2017 at 12:30 p.m. at Arlington Memorial Park with Rabbi Scott Colbert officiating.
