Joyce Ann Moreland

Joyce married Morris Moreland on her birthday, February 9, 1951, beginning a marriage that spanned 75 years. She was his beloved wife and a devoted mother to her daughter, Brenda Brown, and her son, Flynt Moreland. Always invested in their well-being, she offered love, encouragement, and support throughout their lives.

Her granddaughters, Caroline Brown and Mackenzie Brown, were a special source of pride and joy. She treasured her family, and each of them held a dear place in her heart.

Joyce was a kind and gracious lady who enjoyed being with people. Her friendly manner and sincere interest in others made people feel welcome.

Her family will remember her with deep love and gratitude. The care she gave, the encouragement she offered, and the joy she found in her children and grandchildren will remain a cherished part of their lives.

As difficult as it is for us to say goodbye, we find comfort in knowing that Mom is not alone. Her faith has brought her home to the Lord. We will miss her dearly and carry her love with us always.

A Graveside Service will be held at Arlington Memorial Park, 201 Mt Vernon Hwy NW, Sandy Springs, GA 30328, US, on October 13, 2026, at 11:00 am.
