Judy grew up in Highland Park, IL outside of Chicago and moved to Atlanta before 1970. She enjoyed the outdoors and spending time with family. Judy was an escrow officer for most of her professional career and several years after she and her husband retired, they moved from Sandy Springs to Buford, Georgia. Judy was an avid animal lover and always had a dog to love and pamper, a trait she passed on to her children. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and will be sorely missed by her family.
In addition to her parents, Judith was preceded in death by her son, Daniel Anoff; daughter, Nancy Anoff Snyder; and brother, Bruce Preston Cohen. She is survived by her husband of 37 years, John P. Martin; daughter, Lauren Anoff Cox (Glenn); stepdaughter, Kathryn Harris; stepson, John P. Martin, Jr.; grandchildren, Zac Daniel, Christopher, Jackson and Joshua Cox, Emily and Anna Snyder, Simon and Sage Anoff; step grandchildren, Andrew, C.J. and Brie Harris; great grandchildren, Ellie and Amelia Cox; and step great grandchildren, Elliott and C.J. Harris. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to a charity of your choice. Burial services were private at Arlington Memorial Park. A Celebration of Judith’s Life will be held a later date.
