Karen Richardson Johnson

Karen Richardson Johnson, 90 of Bedford, TX and formerly of Atlanta, GA passed away June 17, 2026. Born in Atlanta to George and Claudine Richardson, Mrs. Johnson attended the Washington Seminary and Northside High School, where she made many life-long friends. She is survived by her sons, Berlin Benfield (Vera), George Benfield (Ann); grandchildren, Baker Benfield, Emery Benfield, Rebecca Suratt (Kyle), Allison Benfield; and great grandson, Colby Suratt. In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to Saint Jude Children’s Hospital.
