Martha Jane Bromberek, 70, of St. Augustine, FL died on Monday the 28th of December 2020. A loving wife, mother, sister, and friend, she is survived by her devoted husband of 35 years, Donald Bromberek of St. Augustine, FL; daughters, Kristen Bromberek and Elaine Bromberek, MD, both of Atlanta, GA; sisters, Susan (Lawrence) Scherpereel of Murrysville, PA, Virginia (David) Biernbaum of Glenview, IL; brother, Michael (Mary) Donohoe of Mankato, MN; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Virginia (Lowe) Donohoe, and sister, Mary Ann Becklenberg. She was a graduate of the Woodlands Academy of the Sacred Heart in Lake Forest, Illinois and Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She will be remembered for her infectious smile and laughter, her warm heart, and her pride in raising two successful daughters, one a doctor and the other a lawyer. A private mass will be celebrated at the Cathedral Basilica of St. Augustine.
