Janie was a neighbor and lively ,entertaining friend. She was always asking about our family and other friends. She and Reilly were active in our Amberwood neighborhood and we will always remember Her big smile and hearty laugh.  Ernest Sumner Family

Jaine was a great friend and a delight to work with on receptions and special events at Central Congregational. Her sense of humor got us through many troubled moments. She was very talented in design presentations for our receptions.

Janie was our dear friend and neighbor for almost 40 years -- our children and grandchildren benefitted from her warm, caring and encouraging spirit.  We love the Mead family and mourn the loss of this great lady.

Dear grieving family, 
     Janie was a wonderful caretaker of hospitality events around Central for many years. She was interested in, and kept up with, everybody.  I am sorry that her final years left her unable to maintain the care and feeding of our congregation like she wanted to do!
     Wow! she was proud of her children and grandchildren and would tell you all about them, but she was also interested in, and kept up with, our family, too. She seemed genuinely interested.
     Janie was important to Central and will be greatly missed.  Blessings to you all.
