Natalie Anne Henderson

December 15, 1998August 1, 2016

Our beautiful shining girl: Natalie, a rising senior at Roswell High School, was smart, funny, sassy, and strong, a free spirit with a gorgeous smile that could make your day or your week. She was a leader in the award-winning Color Guard of the Roswell High School Band, a life guard for Swim Atlanta, a talented singer, a guitar player, and a lover of animals who volunteered countless hours to animal rescue. Natalie had a loving heart and an infectious zest for life. Unusual for one so young, she had the courage to always be, unapologetically, herself. Natalie will forever be loved and missed by all whose lives she touched.

Natalie is survived by her parents, Suzanne and Matthew Henderson; sister Rachael; grandparents Virginia and Gerald Pryor and Jean and Mack Henderson; aunts and uncles Jill Pryor and Edward Krugman, Karen and Cary Henderson, and Jaime and Burleigh Leonard; cousins Pryor and Lilah Krugman, Kristen and Kyle Henderson, and Jessie and Katie Leonard; great aunt and uncle Carole and Robert Madden; and godparents Sharon and Ken Morselander.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, August 5, 2016, at 10:00 Roswell Presbyterian Church, 755 Mimosa Blvd, Roswell, Georgia 30075.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be sent to Companion Animal Connection, 310 Debord Lane, Waleska, Georgia 30183.

She was an amazing person. She had so much potential. She has the ability to light up a room whenever she walked into it. She was able to make anyone feel better. She always knew what to say. Natalie , I know we weren't best friends, but you were always there for me and want to thank you for that. Natalie was a strong, beautiful, funny, and smart girl, who was taken too early. She had such a bright future ahead of her. Natalie had the heart of gold. She would do anything to help anyone. No matter how small the issue was she was always there to help and give her advice. She will be truly missed and I am honored to say that I was able to know her like I did. She will never be forgotten. She had the voice of an angel and a beautiful laugh. I love you Natalie Rest In Peace sweet girl.

Natalie, the life you lived was beautiful and inspirational. Reading your story, has truley, brought me from the depths of sadness because of my work as a policeman and soldier. From giving care to the smallest of God's creations, to being everyone's friend when they needed one, you will be remembered for the angel you are. Thank you, sweetheart.
To the Henderson family, God Bless you. Your daughter brought life to someone who needed it.

Tad, I only just learned that this beautiful girl was your daughter. I can't even imagine what you and Sue and Rachael are going through right now. Just know that you are in the thoughts and prayers of so many, and hopefully that brings just a little comfort. Take care of yourselves and each other during this time, and always.
