Ralph was such a special man, serving his country, family, and fellow neighbors like me. I always looked up to Ralph and tried to follow in his footsteps in being of some service to the neighborhood. Ralph was so kind-hearted and willing to help in any way he could. I am sure he is bringing a smile right now to his Creator's face.
