Rinh Thi Nguyen, age 68, of Duluth, Georgia passed away early Sunday morning on October 16, 2022. She was the beloved matriarch of her family and was surrounded by loved ones before taking her last breath in the comfort and safety of her home. She leaves behind 5 adult children and 7 grandchildren.
Rinh was born an only child to her parents on June 10, 1954 in Vungtau, Vietnam. She sought asylum and established roots in the United States in hopes of providing a better life for her family and children. She was a dedicated and generous mother and grandmother who loved unconditionally. She was also a legendary cook and dog-lover with sharp wit and a dark sense of humor. Although her sudden passing has left us profoundly grief-stricken, we find peace in that she is now reunited in the warm embrace of her heavenly family.
